Tuna Seashell Surprise<br>

*Nelson Seatreats Albacore Tuna: Homestyle, Jalapeno, or Provencale (your choice)
*1/4 Cup Mayonnaise (or to taste)
*1 Tbsp Cream Cheese (or to taste)
*1 Sweet Onion, chopped finely
*1 Tart Apple, diced small
*Pickled Asparagus, cut small
*1 Box of Large or Jumbo Pasta Shells


~Cook pasta shells as directed on box, to al dente (do not overcook). Drain and cool, tossing several times to prevent sticking.

~Mix Seatreats Tuna, mayonnaise, and cream cheese together; salt to taste, set aside. Toss apples, onions, and asparagus together, set aside.

~ Assembly: Lightly fill each shell with the apple/onion/asparagus mixture. Top with a spoonful of the tuna mixture, serve immediately or refrigerate for later; keeps several days refrigerated.

~ Additional: Don't be shy about experimenting with the fillings: black pepper, green olives, etc
