*1 can Cream of Celery Soup
*1 Tbsp gelatin dissolved in 3 Tbsp cold water (can use 1 pkg Knox gelatin)
*1 8 oz. pkg Cream Cheese
*1/2 Cup chopped Green Onion
*1 Cup chopped Celery
*1 Cup Mayonnaise
*1 6 oz. can Dungeness Crabmeat or 1 Cup Fresh Dungeness Crabmeat (can use 2 cans)
~Heat soup, dissolve gelatin in soup, and add cream cheese. Stir until well blended. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a ring mold that has been greased with mayonnaise ahead of time. Chill until firm.
~Can keep in refrigerator for up to 2 days before serving.
~Serve with assorted crackers.
