Marinated Crab <br> Contributed by Mildred & Sue Erwin

*2-3 lg Whole Cooked Crab, cleaned and cracked
*1 cup Soy Sauce
*1 cup Lemon Juice
*6-8 Garlic Cloves, split or minced
*1 bunch Green Onions, finely chopped
*2 tbsp Salad Oil or Olive Oil
*1 tsp fresh grated Ginger Root


~ Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then add crab. Spoon marinade over crab and refrigerate. Repeat marinating every few hours or overnight if possible.



*Serve with lots of napkins. Very messy but oh so good!!! Enjoy.*
